About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with senior management and the Private Equity firm to drive financial excellence and lead due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions.
  • Overseeing reporting functions during the rollout phase, with a focus on enhancing monthly management information to improve transparency in P&L analysis.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and controls to boost operational efficiency and maintain a strong commercial and customer-centric focus.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced CFO with a proven track record in scaling up a business. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) qualification, preferably Chartered.
  • Extensive experience as a CFO in Buy and Build Multisite PE-backed businesses, ideally within the consumer-facing or related sectors. Experience leading a business through a successful exit is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships with investors and business partners.
