Cfo Pe Backed Multisite Manufacturing Services

Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking a highly astute Chief Financial Officer to join a PE-Backed Multisite Manufacturing Services business based in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to drive rapid improvements and growth in a well-recognised business with a stronghold in its sector.
Working alongside the CEO and PE house, you will be a commercial and operational leader for the finance function, setting the strategic direction of the business, and focussing on executing a business plan to maximise growth and profitability. This will involve increasing sales revenues with new and existing customers and growing its commercial presence in the marketplace.
The finance function will be led and overseen to ensure systems and processes operate to the highest standards, enabling the smooth running of the business.
Great communications skills will present detailed and insightful performance analysis, cashflow forecasting, and reporting to investors, ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with all stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious CFO available in the short term to lead the high-performing finance function of a business, achieving its significant growth potential.
- A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
- Been in Autonomous Chief Financial Officer within Manufacturing/Services business ideally Investor backed.
- Prior experience improving business performance in a highly challenged market
- Experience in a complex financial environment
