The opportunity: Finatal is currently leading the search for a Private Equity backed B2B SaaS business; heavily focussed on a buy-and-build growth strategy and will involve partnering up with an energetic and credible CEO and Chairman. The firm are keen to drive their growth strategy and ready themselves for a potential exit in 3-4 years. The incoming CFO will be required to ensure the strategic financial direction of the business and grow its international presence whilst under Private Equity ownership. Sustaining great inorganic growth over the past couple years from c. £5m EBITDA to c. £20m EBITDA, the goal is to grow to c. £40m EBITDA.
As a member of the Board and executive team, it is imperative that the incoming CFO has previous experience in a leveraged environment whilst being confident in leading the narrative up to its transaction. Along with this, the successful candidate will be required to implement an advanced financial strategy and provide stakeholders with insightful management information using various analytical and forecasting tools.
The requirements:
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Vast experience with SaaS metrics
- Led on exit/transaction (sell side and buy side)
- Background in scaling a business
- Excellent leadership skills
