**Part time Business Development Administrator**
**Based in Surbiton area, Salary: £10, 000**
**Hours 15 hours per week, 5 hours per day.**
**Part time, office-based position - flexible start and finish times considered**
We are currently recruiting for a Part time Business Development Administrator to support the business development team in the day to day administration of all aspects If the sales process for a well-established organisation based in the Surbiton area.
**Person Specification**:
- Extensive working knowledge of administration
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction whilst managing client expectation
- Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal communications
- Previous experience within the automotive or fleet management sector would be a distinct advantage
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team successfully
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Effective time management and work prioritisation
- Positive, proactive and flexible outlook with high levels of integrity and empathy
- Enthusiastic, tenacious and hardworking
- Highly professional with excellent self-presentation standards
- A full driving licence is desirable
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To work as an assistant, providing Personal Assistant services to the BD team, including organising, providing structure and support for all BD activities, including, but not limited to, tenders, PQQ’s, ITT’s, proposals and pricing submissions
- Proactive organising of departmental workloads and projects, including in-person and remote support for when BDM’s are out of the office on business.
- Manage Stationary levels for tender responses.
- Collate Sale Visit Packs as instructed by Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s).
- General Sales Filing including contracts, proposals and tenders.
- Support BDM in updating and maintaining CRM database as requested by the BDM.
- Provide sales administration support to BDD/BDM’s.
- Diary management and meeting action plans.
**Sales Documentation**
- Raise contracts and collate as instructed by the BDD/BDM.
- File, maintain and raise quotations as requested by BDD/BDM.
**Tenders & Sales Proposals**
- Maintain tender library and documentation.
- Raise quotes and pricing spread sheets as requested by BDD/BDM.
**Tenders & Sales Proposals Cont/d**
- Collate and format tenders and sale proposals to deadlines.
- Assist in completion of tender responses and sales proposals.
**General**
- To process department post on a daily basis & allocate as appropriate.
- Work with the marketing team on specific campaigns designed to target set customer
- sectors in order to help create more appointments/leads for the BDM’s.
- Plan your weekly activity to help prioritise the tasks that need to be completed in order
- to successfully achieve the objectives for that week, accurately and on time.
- To maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
