Are you looking for a part time **Administrator position?** Look no further as your perfect opportunity is here. We're hiring an **Administrator** to join our friendly and fast-paced branch team in **Skelmersdale, WN8 8DY**

The pay rate as a part time Administrator will be**£10,500 per annum.**

**Shift times as a part time Administrator**:
The role will be based on a 20hr contract.

**Key responsibilities as an Administrator**:

- Ensuring the integrity of the T&A System by reviewing and addressing daily exceptions, including but not limited to sickness, holidays, and headcount
- Maintain & process weekly & monthly payroll
- Ensuring the timely production of correct daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports including financial, payroll, overtime, HR, and agency hours
- Producing regular and ad-hoc payroll and HR documentation including but not limited to starters and leavers, and changes, and ensuring that the correct processes are followed
- To produce and issue new starter contracts, change letters and resignation acceptance letters
- Responsible for raising and processing all payroll starters/changes/leavers within payroll deadlines
- Ensuring all new starter checks are made in the Network.
- Ensure integrity of personnel files in accordance with GDPR regulations
- Liaise with the Finance team to manage Network finances
- Confident with a logical approach to problem solving
- Results orientated with the ability to consistently deliver to deadlines
- Previous experience as an Administrator (desirable)
- High attention to detail
- PC Literate with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
- Approachable, Resilient, and Committed
- Customer Focused
- Team Player
