**Are you looking for a new role?**

Hannah Foods are looking for a part time, permanent, Sales Administrator to join our family-run business based in our local depot in Skelmersdale. As a successful Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team as well as working with Telesales to help manage customer orders and upsell products to existing customers.

**This job role includes**:

- Regularly producing reports for the Sales Manager and Sales team
- Preparing sales reports and analysing sales data to provide insights and support decision-making
- Support the management of customer accounts
- Taking care of administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, printing and updating databases
- Coordinate/liaise with our outsourced marketing company to update and maintain both the company website and product guides/marketing material
- Review and update the company app in line with current promotions and organisational changes
- Addressing customer complaints or issues related to sales orders and working to find satisfactory resolutions
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
- Ensuring all orders given by our customers are recorded and entered accurately on our SAP system
- Comparing current orders with previous orders to identify any sales opportunities
- Using sales skills to up-sell any promotional offers
- Creating opportunities to sell additional products and build lasting relationships with customers
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of our product range and promotions

**About you**:

- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- SAP Experience (desirable but not essential)
- Be flexible with a willingness to learn
- Be organised and have a keen eye for detail
- Critical problem solving ability as you will often have to make decisions or recommendations on the information available
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of computer office programmes for example; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Have a high attention to detail
