**Shift**: Monday - Friday days

- Dealing with purchase order numbers
- Raising invoices
- Adding jobs on the system
- Ensuring all documents are sent over to the customers

- Managing customer queries
- Taking customer payments
- Dealing with customer bookings
- All other administrative duties
