As one of our Commercial Support Assistants (Administrator) you'll play a pivotal role to provide business support to the Category Buying Teams and Co-Ordination with Digital, Marketing and Retail Operations plans.

The Commercial Support Team assures right-first-time delivery of Commercial Plans in Product and Supplier data, Supplier Liaison, Pricing (Retail & Cost) and Business Administration.

***Key Responsibilities**
- New product and supplier setup in SAP and PIM (Product Information Management) systems, and maintenance of the integrity of this data and information.
- Product Information System (PIM) “super-user”
- Liaison with external suppliers in the Product Onboarding Process - new line setup and maintenance.
- Administration of commercial agreements and Terms & Conditions.
- Assist Category Teams with planning and implementation of promotions activity and Pricing strategies.
- Input price changes as necessary in the SAP system
- To assist in the collation of information, including product and market data to support Commercial decision-making.
- To support the Centralised Ticketing Process
- Production of various Commercial reports in support of the Commercial Support and Category Teams:

- Market data
- Rebates & contributions
- SAP Business Warehouse data, etc.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Commercial Support Processes and ways of working.

**Flexible work from home options (Hybrid working) available but some travel to our support centre in Redditch Worcestershire will be required at times.**

**12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
