**What you’ll do**:
Manage all business interactions relating to commercial management (in collaboration with Contracts Function) and the relationship between Lakeside plant and Strategic Customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other FED locations supported by the Customer Service, pricing & project functions ensuring “one price to the customer.”
Within Integrated Project Team, support new bid process with customer commercial proposals, manage SPA new business, part creation. Ensure prices return target revenue & gross margin expectations.
Together with Demand Lead, ensure customer demand is integrated within SIOP and Eaton is aligned to exceed programme needs. Provide contract administration function in collaboration with the Contracts Function.
Site commercial lead for Management of customer price lists, costs assembly and pricing of add-Hock spares enquiries.

Manage commercial aspects of the customer interface together with Contract Manager and PSM including daily interactions with, vetting of customer orders/schedule agreements, Portal management, CEVA Matrix price validation, schedule pricing management using MfgPro price lists, Customer visits (OBR & BRM). Work with IPT & PSM to present commercial solutions, validate costs & revenue/Gross Margin expectations.

CSR element: Proactively communicate in real time customer delivery updates.
Manage Customer set-up & MfgPro ship-to maintenance ensuring alignment with contractual terms, together with ESSC collections, help resolve customer payment disputes, manage contended invoices and reduce aged Debt in line with divisional goals.

Work with support functions to manage CONC “charge backs” co-ordinate Eaton & customer actions to collaboratively align liabilities. Interface with internal functions to agree disposition of quality issues.

Represent Eaton on Rolls-Royce SORB events, feed into SIOP 2 process and Profit planning cycle with PSM. Maintain customer portal, train others to navigate and manage supplier inputs. Ensure the most efficient processes are deployed to maximize customer satisfaction.

Co-ordinate Eaton representation in BRM & OBR customer interface meetings, help manage LOB/recovery plans with Demand manager.

Manage Customer Service responsible activities for PRO Launch projects to ensure a smooth Gate 1 transition. Perform a key role within project IPT, participation in project reviews, align expected costs & SCM to manage BOMs in ERP. Recognize spares demand in SPA process and maximize revenue, ensuring all additional costs are recovered. Working with internal functions to identify cost out opportunities, delivering customer expectations.

Warranty/Returned materials; working with Supply Chain & Quality, ensure that customer scorecard represents a fair summary of performance, manage the returned material process to recognize revenue opportunities, keep track of warranty returns and any customer charges incurred and recover where not in accordance with the contract.

Buddy CSR, to fulfil basic duties, weekly CEVA process, portal management, OBR support, maintaining OTD expectations.

Understand, administer and enforce Key Customer contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Function.

**Qualifications**:

- BA or BS from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years work experience in Customer Service/commercial or related field

- Strong Aerospace industry and program knowledge
- Judgment, logic, resourcefulness and creativity.
- Sound teaming skills
- Fully Computer literate with high degree of competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems
- Strong Commercial acumen
