Flexi working available with a 37.5 week between 8.30 am and 17.30pm
Duties for Purchase Ledger Clerk:

- Inputting & scanning invoices on to SAGE and sending for approval through a workflow system
- Checking invoices and arranging a weekly bacs payment for them
- Opening new accounts and confirming bank details
- Bank Reconciliation
- Check supplier month end and balance against statements
- Creating the Stationary orders and checking the invoices match the orders
- Dealing with queries from Suppliers and Internal Branch colleagues.
- Statement reconciliation.
- Helping the rest of the Purchase Ledger team when needed.
- Dealing with queries relating to internal & External suppliers/customers
- Setting up new Suppliers with relevant checks & confirming bank details
- Assistant with VAT return reconciliation

Further information Purchase Ledger Clerk:

- 5 hour working week with 30 minute unpaid lunch
