LCMT London (London College of Management and Technology) is a renowned educational institution offering a range of apprenticeships, including Level 2 Financial Services Customer Adviser.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team at LCMT London. We are seeking an experienced Functional Skills Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering engaging and effective classroom-based learning to apprentices across various professions, focusing on core functional skills such as English, Maths, and ICT.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and deliver functional skills lessons tailored to the needs of apprentices in diverse professions.
- Assess and track apprentices’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure relevant and current course content.
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Liaise with other educators and administrative staff to facilitate a cohesive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd).

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and resources.
