**Finance Administrator**

**Hours -** 22.5 hours per week

**Salary -** £22,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Bury Hospice has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our passionate Finance team.

As Finance Administratoryou will be responsible for providing support to the Supporter Care Manager in the day-to-day operation of the finance system and processes, while ensuring financial donations are processed and recorded correctly, reporting all cash processed within the set deadlines, and creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions.

Other keys duties of the role include:

- Being the first point of contact for existing supporters and new doners
- Enter and maintain accurate records on the fundraising database
- Play an active role in developing the supporter journey at Bury Hospice, working with the Supporter Care Manager, and colleagues across Fundraising & Communications.

Excellent customer skills are also a must with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Teamwork will be a big part of this role so effective communication will be needed to carry out the work.
