Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - £12.30ph
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the Finance department of our client based in Bury St Edmunds.
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
- Process invoices on to the system
- Collate supplier information
- Set up suppliers on the system
- Liaise with different areas of the business to confirm orders
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a finance team would be great but not essential
- A strong administrative background
- A very confident people person with a friendly manner, able to engage and communicate well
- Highly organised and good attention to detail
