Finance Administrator

Bury

Temporary Contract (Reviewed to go permanent)

£9-10/hour

We are working with one of our key clients in Bury to appoint a Finance Administrator in their Finance Department. On a day to day basis you will work across extracting and downloading daily takings information from external sources, manipulation and reconciliation of data, contacting stores regarding daily takings variances and petty cash and variance control.

Duties for the Finance Administrator role include:

- Contact branches for daily figures/variances for different fascias
- Download, manipulation, reconciliation and analysis of daily takings data
- Investigation of takings discrepancies
- Variance reporting, analysis and loss control liaison
- Petty cash control (from Stores and Head Office)
- EFT reporting, reconciling and analysis.
- Internet order reconciliation liaising with the multichannel team

Skills and experience required for the Finance Administrator role include:

- Microsoft outlook, excel and word
- Skills required - strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
- Experience of working within a fast paced cash control environment
- Experience of working with large volumes of data
- Flexibility regarding working hours as overtime maybe required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1-3 months

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
