Role - Service Administrator

Basic Salary - £23 000 - £25 000 Per Year

Location - Ringwood, Hampshire

Shift Pattern - 7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30 + Work From Home / Flexible Working

The Company

This company are a designer and manufacturer of custom-made refrigeration.

Purpose:
The Role & Responsibilities:

- To be the first point of contact for customer service calls
- To regularly update job status on internal / external computer systems
- To efficiently deal with internal departments / customer and contractor queries
- To assign completed jobs to 'Completed’ status on the computer system
- To update customers web-site systems with job status / estimated time of arrivals for contractors /
contractors return to fit parts if required
- Produce daily reports on customer job status’s for both internal / external distribution
- Assist in preparation of maintenance schedules and ensuring works booked in
- Assist in collating / uploading relevant PPM paperwork for customer submission
- Assist in processing engineers worksheets onto the accounts system for back-costing/invoicing of
service contracts
- To maintain an effective manual filing system
