We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our busy team in Christchurch, Dorset on a perm basis, with a blend of home and office working in line with our hybrid working principles.
**The role**
You'll provide an effective administration service for colleagues within the Property Services Team particularly focusing on Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning contracts and deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
As the first point of contact for various incoming queries into the team, you'll need to be confident in resolving issues where possible and have strong IT skills in order to use a number of systems including our internal invoicing system to raise and process invoices.
