**The role **

The role of Head of Sales is really important to us. You will be responsible for two teams within the Insurance division across Crewe and Ipswich.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe or Ipswich office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be
- Overall driving of the results in line with the business plan utilising SMART objectives
- Identify key areas for improvement and deliver clear plans to deliver and measure a tangible result
- Implementation of structures
- Improve current process and implement new as applicable
- KPI analysis and planning

**What do we expect of you?**
- Contact Centre experience / used to managing a team
- Ideally within the Insurance Industry would be beneficial
- Have the ability to build relationships through the business departments to support and drive business opportunity.
- Coach and develop the sales team
- Overall driving of the results in line with the business plan utilising SMART objectives
- Deliver and support the divisions continuous improvement plan.
- Flexibility due to the pace we are growing as a division.
