Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fast growing company based in Leatherhead, who are a market leader within their industry, and due to expansion are looking for a new member of their Customer Engagement team.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships, with specific responsibilities including:

- Developing strong relationships with key customers
- Meeting customers in person online and in person
- Working with the Business Development team to support their activity
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Accurate reporting of activities, meetings and calls

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:

- Strong experience in a customer focused role, e.g. Customer Service, Account Management, or Business Development
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to talk confidently and build relationships to Executive level
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated

The company offer a salary of £30,000, with hybrid working, and a competitive benefits package including life insurance, medical insurance, pension and discounts on various products.
