Prime Production is looking for an Office Assistant to work alongside Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to support the business in day to day running of translation, interpreting and transcriptions.

Prime Production provides multilingual written translations, conference interpreting, editing, transcriptions, and design services for high-profile national and international corporate clients including the United Nations, NGOs and IGOs.

**Purpose**
- Performing a scope of multifaceted tasks
- Entering and updating data to maintain accurate in-house systems
- Digital data extraction and filing
- Scanning and/or photocopying confidential documents
- Conducting some industry related research
- Supporting Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and the Operations Team, when needed
- Answering phone calls
- Stock taking (stationery and supplies)

In-house training will be provided.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
