**About the role**

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business product managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into functional digital product requirements and features.- Create and maintain a digital delivery roadmap.- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product-related documentation as needed.- Experience in vendor selection for IT platforms.- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction.- Define and track product success metrics and KPIs and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of digital products, capabilities and services that meet business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.

**About you**
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles, preferably in an IT or digital product environment.- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with agile delivery teams.-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
