**About the Role**

We are looking for a Brand & Customer Marketing Executive to plan and execute initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty to drive and evolve the organisation's brand equity, through detailed planning of customer journeys & multi-channel marketing campaigns. This person will report directly to the Marketing Director and will play an essential role in shaping the evolution of the Streamline brand and customer experience.

The Brand & Customer Marketing Executive will work closely with the wider team to create and execute on-brand multi-channel campaigns which facilitate the further growth and success of the brand and business. This person will be responsible for devising and executing the PR and media advertising strategy, working closely with agencies to plan strong advertising campaigns focussing on the brands USP’s as well as developing an e-commerce strategy for our non-surgical products.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for planning and implementing the communication plan for existing customers, working closely with the sales team to identify cross & up selling opportunities.

For this role, you will be a very creative thinker, with a keen eye for design and brand messaging. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques across all marketing channels and will have experience working closely with creative/media agencies.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience with brand development
- Experience within the healthcare sector (desired, but not essential)
- An e-commerce background (desired, but not essential)
- Experience working with marketing agencies and consultants
- Experience conducting detailed market research
- A history of planning out successful PR and media advertising campaigns
- A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Good team player
