**Position Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Developing a multi-channel social media marketing strategy including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Youtub to drive traffic to Morris website and grow followers.
- Responsible for and demonstrate proficiency in creating marketing assets, including high-quality, creative and engaging photo, video, rendering, graphic and animation contents for social media and website.
- Manage the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and presentations to align with brand aesthetics and standards.
- Responsible for social media posting, sharing and responses.
- Conduct detailed “who, when, where and what” customer/visitor/follower analysis using google analytics and other tools. Identify opportunities and threats, providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on social media and website performance, marketing effectiveness, and pre-order growth.
- Produce, distribute, monitor newsletters.
- Organize and support events, exhibitions and conferences and other promotion activities. Generating presentation, videos and materials maximizing opportunities to showcase the brand and engage with potential customers. Ensure meticulous planning and execution of events to enhance the brand's presence.
- Support pre-order sales process and other marketing and sales activities.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Degree qualification in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent experience.
- Strategic thinker able to develop plans in line with company strategy and policy.
- Clear ability to develop and foster relationships with potential partners and customers and to influence at all levels
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in all social media platforms and track record of success.
- Proficiency in creating marketing assets and content, including photos, videos, and animations.
- Ability to use 2D and 3D software for creating marketing assets and contents, presentations and materials.
- Understand SEO and website optimisation and able to use analytics tools to produce reports.
- Knowledge of “premier” automotive sales and marketing operations
- Knowledge and experience in commercial vehicles is preferred
- Good presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculate telephone manner, good communication ability both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- An aspiration to deliver and maintain the very high standards of work.
