Key Account Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Key Account Development Executive to join our team in the UK & Ireland.
About the Job:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building;
- Develop and execute plans to expand existing accounts and introduce new customers to Europastry's products;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts;
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to inform future business development strategies;
- Presentation of Europastry's product range and value proposition to potential new accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field;
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and sales data;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
