E-commerce Executive

The Mad Group are a long established company who take pride in offering high quality fitness, yoga & pilates equipment. Our business has an excellent reputation for service and has enjoyed fantastic sales growth. We are looking for a full-time eCommerce Executive to support our ambitious growth plans.

Working alongside our eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager & Associate Director, we are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual with a view to assist our sales team & grow online sales success with marketplaces such as Amazon.

You will be responsible for ensuring our valued customers have a positive online shopping experience whilst supporting our brands objectives. We are looking for someone who is analytical & has great eye for detail who can meticulously plan their busy day. This is an autonomous role and previous experience in e-commerce is preferred. Responsibilities include, but not be limited to;
- Maintaining existing product listings whilst ensuring images, content and keywords are properly optimised.
- Be responsible for creating new products and writing SEO considered listings.
- Monitor product performances to ensure listings are well positioned and are optimised.
- Conduct competitor research, analyse Amazon sales traffic and create sales strategies to facilitate sales growth.
- Monitor and maintain our marketing efforts through the likes of Amazon.
- Product sales reports from within a 3rd party web interface and propose strategies to stimulate growth.
- Produce Sales Reports with our business intelligence software.
- Identify gaps in our range and work with our team to develop our range of products.
- Have experience and tangible successes with online sales - preferably Amazon.
- Has experience within marketing.
- Are adaptable and thrive within a positive team working environment
- Take pride in both their verbal and written communications
- Are confident and competent users of Microsoft Office and Excel.
