Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Graphic Designer and Digital Creative to join our team at Harrison Products Co. This role involves coordinating projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual tonality, image curation, and art direction. They will be responsible for designing digital and print assets, including social media reels, email marketing campaigns, and presentation decks.

This position requires expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong video production and editing skills, as well as knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation, are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects through the concept, design, development, and execution process to meet time and budget requirements.
  • Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction.
  • Design digital and print assets, including social media reels, email marketing campaigns, and presentation decks.
  • Develop graphics for marketing collateral, packaging, and social media.
  • Maintain brand consistency and evolve design practices.
  • Regularly post across multiple brand social accounts and manage influencer partnerships.
  • Identify social trends and create relevant content.
  • Plan and design engaging email campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing team on product imagery and video.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong video production and editing skills, with knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts.
