Client Service Administrator
Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a organisation based in Derby, and we are currently looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Client Service Administrator to support within their accounts team.

They are flexible with your working hours, so you can work around your own schedule, this will also be a hybrid role, once trained.,you will able to work from home so many days a week.
Pay Rate: £9 - £9.50 p/h
Hours: Full time hours - 7.5 hrs a day - Flexible working hours
Monday - Friday
Duties will include:
Liasing with clients and reporting back any issues to your account manager
Answering phones
General administrative duties.
Previous administration experience is essential
Be IT Literate
Experience of working collaboratively in a team in a busy administrative environment Experience of working in a customer service setting
Strong ability to produce accurate written communication that is well structured
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong use of initiative
