SF Recruitment is looking for an immediately available Administrator who is looking for an exciting new role in Derby Town Centre. This role is a permanent vacancy and offers a lot of scope and variety and great chance for someone to progress and developover time. Our client is open to considering junior Administrators with little experience who are just looking to learn and gain more experience in an office administrator role, or maybe someone who is looking to take a step down in their career. This is afull-time role, and our client does offer the flexibility of hybrid working after a successful training and induction period. The starting salary is £20,905 and will increase to £22,185 after a probation period.

**Day to day duties will include**
- Provide a first point of contact for all customer queries
- Maintain and update the various caller databases
- Provide a distribution point for Fax & E-mail communications
- Input satisfaction questionnaire returns for monitoring and reporting
- Provide effective cover for reception dealing with face-to-face enquiries, telephone enquiries, post preparation, distribution, and collection etc.
- Maintain effective communications with contractors and other external suppliers
- Organise meetings within the office as required and arrange catering as necessary.
- Order stationary supplies as needed and monitor usage and arrange distribution within the office.
- To participate in administrative and team meetings to identify areas for improvement in the service
- Ensure that data is accessible for performance reporting purposes.
Our client is looking for an Administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy environment. Ideally you will be immediately available or on a short notice period, however our client will consider people on longer notice periods as well.
