- Take a lead in all aspects of recruitment and selection
- Ensure compliance with legislation
- Promote performance management to create a positive working culture
- Work on projects to aid improvement and put in places processes to improve processes
- Record management
- Ethical audits
- Reduce short term absences
- Manage early career initiatives

**Profile**
- Strong generalist background with knowledge of UK employment law
- Strong IT skills
- Self motivated
- CIPD Level 5
- Retail industry experience
- Experience of Ethical Audits will be advantageous
