Payroll & HR Administrator

Do you have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment? I am recruiting a detail-oriented individual to join an established team as a Payroll Administrator, working closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information on a monthly basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking clock times and entering them into Excel,
- Receiving and entering timesheets for verification.
- Compiling monthly payroll hours into Excel, including claims for overnight allowance and expenses.
- Entering data into Sage payroll system and reconciling hours paid with the spreadsheet.
- Processing monthly payroll, including handling starters, leavers, pensions auto-enrolment, and loans deductions.
- Experience of working with D365.
The role offers remote working on a Monday and Friday
