**Job Title**:Production Coordinator & Administrator

**Main Purpose of the Job**

The production coordinator is responsible for administering the production process from processing sales orders, entering part numbers, setting up BOMs and routings on the ERP system and making sure the production team has all necessary paperwork in time for the next stage of the process. You will also be responsible for post processing of job packs and works orders by entering material traceability onto the ERP and administering labour bookings. In addition to this you will be required to conduct general administration within the organisation and liaise with Head of HR & Finance to support the completion of documentation & payroll.

Responsible to: Head of Composite Manufacturing, Commercial Sales Director, Head of HR & Finance, Quality Manager, Managing Director

**Main Task of the Job**
- Processing and loading of sales orders
- Conduction contract review and materials requirements
- Processing WOs on ERP system and sending customers order acknowledgments
- Administering production paperwork and maintaining material traceability
- Raising delivery paperwork and CoCs
- Control materials and stock checking/maintaining material stock levels on ERP system
- Liaising with the Head of composites manufacturing to obtain production schedules and issue paperwork when required
- Liaising with production supervisor to make sure necessary paperwork is administered in a timely manner and issued to shop floor when required
- General administration of company documentation
- Auditing on payroll platforms
- Reconciliation on invoice approval & ERP system
- Support in upholding HR practices, grievances & company regulations

This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be expected to perform different tasks as required by the business’s overall objectives.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
