As a Lead Administrator, you will supervise and guide a team of administrators to support the service in providing care and support to people with neurological conditions.

Working alongside side the senior members of the team, you will be responsible for the development and progression of the department, from procedures and systems to recruitment, appraisals and retention.

You will have previous experience working in an office environment and will carry out tasks across Badby Park, including minute taking, tracking actions, developing agenda's and managing complex databases.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the workload, output, the effectiveness of the admin team.
- Have oversight of various departments including training and development, HR, nursing rota administration, recruitment and reception.
- To provide administrative support across a range of areas, including, minute taking, tracking actions, developing agenda’s, managing complex databases
- To provide accurate data for external and internal bodies
- You will coordinate office activities ensuring compliance with the requirements of Information Governance.
- To work autonomously to follow up actions, complete projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory requests

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
- Experience of working within a framework of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with professionals at all levels
- The ability to lead and manage a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, i.e.; Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
