Pete’s Dragons is an award-winning charity which provides postvention support to those affected by suicide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our growing Team. Pete’s Dragons plays a leading role in offering high quality grief, bereavement, suicide prevention and mental wellbeing and maintenance training to organisations and individuals across Devon and the country.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Resources Manager, the Training Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:
Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all training enquiries.

Providing basic information about the postvention and training services offered by

Pete’s Dragons.

Promoting a positive understanding, awareness and attitudes towards suicide

bereavement, suicide prevention and mental health.

Preparing and disseminating training material and course information.

Booking training courses and raising subsequent invoices.

Maintaining the online booking and feedback systems.

Entering and maintaining accurate training records feeding into the drafting and

development of KPI reports on all training contracts.

Overseeing room and equipment bookings, and setting up training rooms as

required.

Liaising with internal trainers and the wider staff team regarding training scheduling

and feedback.

Moderating training sessions to support the trainer in ensuring the wellbeing of

participants.

Resolving any training and/or technical issues that may arise.

Undertaking general administrative tasks.

A minimum of one year’s experience working within an office or administrative role.

A good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office, including

Teams and SharePoint. Previous use of customer relationship manager systems and

Eventbrite would be useful.

Excellent administrative, organisation, problem solving and planning skills.

A willingness to work in accordance with Pete’s Dragons policies and procedures.

Flexibility in the occasional change to working hours.

A meticulous eye for detail.

Experience of consistently delivering great customer service.

Initiative, and be able to work with minimum supervision, prioritising time and

workload appropriately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour
