You would be joining a Payroll Services team of five in a role that combines running client payrolls, pension administration and all other aspects of providing payroll services. You will be working within a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to perform well under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills. Our Payroll Services team provides a seamless and efficient service to an expanding client base across Devon and the South West. The Full Time Payroll Supervisor will play a key part in the day-to-day running of monthly and weekly client payrolls and the overall development of our bureau.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing work the work of payroll administrators, answering any of their queries and ensuring that an excellent level of client service is offered.
- Liaising with clients to ensure that you have all the information required to run their payrolls, provide auto enrolment services and associated tasks.
- Dealing with payroll and bank credits.
- Supporting the Head of Payroll Services.
- Coaching and mentoring our more junior team members ensuring that they develop into competent payroll administrators.
