About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an integral part of our care home team, you will provide administrative support to our managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing administrative support to our managers and staff, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents and their families, and providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including preparing interview materials and coordinating logistics
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding the values of Barchester Healthcare.
