Financial Services Administrator

**Full job description**
**Job Purpose**
Providing administrative support to ensure the company delivers the high level of service expected by its clients and ensure the firm meets its regulatory obligations.
**Reporting Relationships**
Primarily supporting a senior adviser and their team with client administration.
**Main Responsibilities**
1. Assisting your team with all aspects of administration relating to new business and ongoing service commitments, to include but not limited to:
- scanning and filing incoming communications
- updating valuations and preparing client review packs
- input and updating of information on the client management system
- maintaining your team’s work in progress list
- obtaining policy information from product providers
2. Processing client service requests, such as withdrawals and
ISA subscriptions
3. Preparing general written communication to clients, providers, and other business connections
4. Supporting clients with general enquiries
**Skills**
Essential - strong numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
