**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Understanding and managing the in-house admin process for the sales system
- Handling quoting requests and tendering queries
- Reviewing contracts for the pricing system
- Effective communication with internal departments, customers and third-party stakeholders
- Data entry and analysis to obtain quality data and observe anomalies
- Monitoring and updating the tracking systems
- Supporting the account manager in creating and sending contract offers
- Ownership of the onboarding process for customers and updating the Salesforce system
- Critical thinking skills to analyse data
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Interest in the energy industry and open to progression
