**Role Summary**
As a Sales Support Administrator reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary role is to bolster the sales team’s effectiveness and efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound sales inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, maintaining accurate customer records and preparing essential sales documentation.
A crucial aspect of your role will be upholding data integrity and supporting the sales process, from proposal development to securing new business appointments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to maintain and enhance our CRM system and sales tools, ensuring the highest standard of data accuracy and process control.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Total ownership of the CRM system and sales tools to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Coordinating sales processes and governance to maintain exceptional customer service levels from enquiry, executing customer quotes, understanding stock availability and order processing.
- Actively managing and research business prospects along with sales lead pipelines to foster growth opportunities and arrange sales appointments.
- Following up on prospects from various sources to secure product and service demonstrations.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and report any deviations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain the digital products portfolio and its marketing materials ensuring it is up-to-date whilst providing support of new marketing materials
- Provide administrative support for all customer, bid management and sales meetings
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records; preparing and ensuring sales contracts and agreements are organised at all times.
- Initiating outbound calls to senior management to qualify sales opportunities and understand client needs.
- Developing new sales opportunities in telematics, Dashcams, and mileage capture solutions, targeting sectors like Contract Hire, Corporate Fleets, and Emergency Services.
- Preparing reports for the Head of Sales, including pipeline sales volume and potential sales analysis.

**Salary**: £23,750.00-£25,500.00 per year
