**Sales Administrator**

Are you passionate about supporting sales operations and driving business growth? We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company based in Solihull, UK, seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and sales tracking.- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries, ensuring exceptional service.- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment and resolve any issues promptly.- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required.- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks to optimize their productivity.**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is advantageous but not essential.**Location**: Solihull, UK
**Pay Rate**: £10.42 - £12.82 per hour
**Working Hours**: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
