**The Role**
As a Sales and Project Support Administrator, you will support the team to deliver turnkey engineering projects, you will be required to complete varying tasks on a day-to-day basis depending on the needs of the business. As a project administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our system and project folders, general office administration duties, as well as collaboration with our Project Managers to complete and control project documentation, from proposals to completion manuals.
**Specifically, you will**:
- Be flexible within the broad remit of the post
- Take direction and instruction on priorities from line management, which may vary from time to time
- Be familiar with and adhere to the company policies and procedures: - e.g - Employee Handbook
- Carry out any other reasonable projects, tasks, or duties to support the business as directed by line management.
- Organise travel, accommodation, lunch, or meeting bookings as required.
- Maintain customers, contacts, and sales database
- Consolidate sales activity summary
- Control marketing information including presentations, brochures, etc
- Assist with prequalification questionnaire’s as required
- Work with QHSE to allocate document references & record revisions, etc.
- Prepare documentation to assist with internal and external audits
- Support / monitor quality requirements are undertaken and KPI’s are met by the projects team
- Collation of project related Health and Safety / Environmental Data for H&S Reporting
- Support Project Managers with QHSE documentation
- Produce and issue proposal’s, costing sheets and project documentation
- System daily management, processing orders, job updates and auditing
- Raise invoices as requested and distribute in line with correct procedure
- Scanning, recording and filing documents and relating correspondence
- Schedule meetings and keep minute recordings to distribute
- Support the technical administrator and project managers with administrative duties
- Support PM’s with budget monitoring, submission of CVR’s etc
**About You**
To join us as a Sales and Project Support Administrator, you will need:
- Previous experience working in an engineering environment would be beneficial
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Proven experience of working meticulously with a high level of attention to detail; high volume, accurate data processing
- Be bright, enthusiastic and possess the ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
- Knowledge of "Integrity - Evolution M" system would be advantageous.
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above (to include English and Maths)
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills, Confident in MS Applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiar with Excel.
- Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, can take initiative to complete tasks, and recall to associated tasks.
- Methodical approach and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret and collate data; formatting reports as required
- Must be a team player but able to work independently or follow instructions
