Support Team Leader

We are looking for a confident **Support Team Leader **with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working** **32** hours a week, 4 (8 hour day) shifts per week**, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at our **North West Supported Living Services**.**
**For this role you will need to drive, and have your own vehicle as you will be a Team Leader at all of our services including: Boden Street, Warrington Road, Townfield Avenue, Kingsway South and Rydal Avenue**

**Your day-to-day**
- Supporting the regional manager, management team and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
- Responsible for supervising a team of senior support workers which is currently x3 full time
- Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Support with an on call rota for out of hour’s support
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required

- Maintain a safe & clean environment for all

**You are**
- Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
- Experienced in chairing meetings with professionals and teams
- Confident and competent in leading the service in the absence of Regional Manager
- Experience in leading or being part of CQC or Ofsted inspections
- Level 3 or above qualified in a leadership qualification in Social Care
- An excellent communicator & a good team player
- Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment
- Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence
