An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in the Outpatients Booking Team, The post holder will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities. You will need to be highly motivated, with a strong work ethic to deliver to tight deadlines. You will have a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on supporting your team, service users and Operational Mangers.

You must have the ability to aspire and support your team and promote change in a positive effective manner. You will be essential in escalating capacity and monitoring performance.
- To support the Outpatient Management Team in delivering a consistent and co-ordinated approach to the operational management of outpatient services across the organisation.
- To ensure staff receive appropriate levels of training and supervision.
- To have specific responsibility for updating the relevant computerised booking systems for clinic maintain session, ensuring this function is co-ordinated and updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- To manage appointment capacity and monitor the timeliness of patient appointments and utilisation of cancelled appointments.
- To manage the booking team on a day to day basis ensuring implementation of changes to ensure a clear operational streamlined approach is delivered to the team supported by standard operational procedures.
- To follow Trust Policies in relation to patient information, storage of case notes and tracking procedures.
- To manage templates on EMIS in accordance to the Service needs
