**An SIA Licence is essential for this role.**
**Main Duties**
- Continuously monitor various security systems and workforce management software
- As the sole point of contact within the National Control Centre, you will communicate with on-site security staff, conduct lone worker check calls, and liaise with other departments
- Communicate accurately, briefly, and clearly to ensure optimum information flow.
- Coordinate efficient and appropriate responses to incidents, i.e. liaising with the relevant emergency services and guiding on-site security staff through emergency procedures
- Logging and recording all inbound/outbound communications with accuracy and detail
- Assess and analyse various information to identify potential threats, risks or vulnerabilities
- Remain alert and vigilant to detect and assist with any unusual/suspicious activities
