**The Wattrus Group **is an established family business, based in Solihull. We are an expanding soft furnishings and flooring company, specialising in the manufacturing and installation of window treatments and flooring in private client’s homes, new builds, and the hotel and leisure industry. On site we manufacture Curtains, Cushions and Roman Blinds, and have a team of installers who travel throughout the UK installing soft furnishings.

We require an **Administration Coordinator** to become part of our dynamic team, operating in a fast paced, busy environment. You will be required to support the Project Team in their processes and operations.

**This position is ideally suited to someone looking for a part time role around school hours ( 25 hours per week)**

Office based.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Raising new project files
- Raising installation paperwork
- Processing live projects from acceptance through to job closure
- Purchase order processing and progressing
- Checking and signing off purchase invoices
- Liaising with site managers and sales departments for fabric reselections, booking in installation dates and reporting issues
- Stock ordering
- Customer account handling
- General filing duties
- Call handling (filtering and distributing incoming calls)
- Pricing products prior to estimating
- Supporting a team of coordinators with daily duties

**Essential Qualities**
- Accomplished communication skills (written & spoken)
- Good level of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Programmes
- Self Motivated
- Methodical and organised
- Good level of numeric skills
- An eye for detail
- Must be able to build up a rapport and relationship with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Excellent house keeping
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good time management

**Essential Software Abilities**
- Microsoft Excel to Intermediate level
- Microsoft Word to Intermediate level
- Microsoft Outlook to Intermediate level
- Excellent keyboard skills

**Remuneration Package**

Salary attracts an hourly rate of £11 per hour.

32 days holiday (Full time equivalent) (including bank and public holidays)

Three days paid sickness
