Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team to support the day-to-day running of the business from our Head Office in Greenock.
This is a full time position. Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, binding, drafting documents
- Use of SAGE accounts to raise Purchase Orders, Sales Order, Quotations, and Invoices
- Ordering from suppliers
- Supporting Contract Managers in fulfilling their role
- Any other administrative duties required for the smooth running of the office

- Willingness to learn new skills
- PC literate in Microsoft packages: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience of SAGE accounts/payroll
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Experience within the cleaning industry
- Knowledge of Risk Assessments and COSHH
