The main purpose of this role is to support Home Fix Scotland’s stores function by providing Stores Admin Support and to assist with the efficient provision of supplies to maximise customer satisfaction, business efficiency and Value for Money across the Organisation.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

- Supporting the delivery of an excellent material supply service and support for maintenance operatives delivering day to day, void and programmed works
- Ensuring materials are available and ordered within agreed target times.
- Providing support and monitor ordering of materials, ensuring maximum efficiency from a cost and operational perspective.

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge/skills; The post holder must have a relevant experience of operating within a property maintenance stores function and relevant Stores experience desirable.
