Leger Shearings Group is the UK's largest and most successful provider of escorted coach tour holidays. **The Role**

As HR People Advisor, you will be based at our Rotherham Head Office (S60 2XR). Reporting to (and deputising for) the People Business Partner, your role will be to act as a point of advice and support to our Head Office colleagues in a timely and professional manner. Your normal working hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Your role will include the following:

- Supporting the effective resourcing of our Rotherham Contact Centre.
- Administering our general HR systems, including our ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Overseeing colleague relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with our internal standards and applicable laws.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and colleague on all 'people' matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working requests, phased returns, etc; while maintaining positive colleague relations.
- Supporting colleague engagement campaigns.
- Creating and implementing appropriate action plans to address colleague relations issues; recommending corrective steps where appropriate.
- Delivering workshops to upskill managers and team leaders on effective people practices.
- Working with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits and in accordance with our policies.
- Assisting in the production and analysis of people metric MI data.

**About You**

To be a great fit for this role, you will have the following attributes:

- Have demonstrable HR experience which includes supporting managers in low to mid level employee relations cases, ideally in a fast paced environment.
- Hold a CIPD level 5 qualification (or currently studying towards one).
- Have great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to colleagues at all levels of the Company.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to independently assess situations and provide sound recommendations in line with our policies.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and managers.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Excellent MS computer skills.
- Be a team player.
