You’ll join a small team of like-minded people, reporting to the HR Business Partner. The team are passionate about what they do and providing positive experiences for our employees.

**About you**

You will be an HR Advisor with experience of providing first line advice and ER case management. The HR Advisor acts as the liaison between HR and employees.

We really don’t mind what industry background you have as long as you are used to adapting quickly to change and can be flexible and resilient to changing priorities.

You will be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable building strong relationships and delivering a first-class service.

This role is offered within an office environment with the offer of 1 to 2 days hybrid working depending on contract type. We will consider full time or part time hours.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Employee Relations:_
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, working to resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner, which at times may involve working with external organisations such as ACAS or legal firms.
- Conduct investigations as necessary and recommend appropriate actions.
- Talent Acquisition:_
- Support managers with effective probation management.
- Collaborate with the HRBP to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Supporting managers with Performance Management initiatives
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by providing input, ensuring quality reviews are conducted on time.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues.

- Policy and Compliance:_
- Stay up to date on HR laws and regulations to ensure the organisation's compliance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Data Management:_
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and analytics for HRBP to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain internal ER tracker

**Key Skills and Behaviours**
- Relevant qualification, such as CIPD
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
