**The role**

We are seeking a motivated Trade Mark Administrator to join our Trade Mark team on a permanent basis. You will enjoy a varied workload, working alongside one other Trade Mark Administrator, supporting partners and associates in the UK and those in our other international offices.

**Your work will include**
- Creating and maintaining trade mark records in a case management system, docketing and updating official deadlines
- Preparing overseas filing instructions and instructing agents worldwide
- Reporting official communications from the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO including filing details, publication, registration, renewal, changes of name and ownership
- Docketing and distributing communications from the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO
- Providing regular schedules and status reports to clients

**Person specification**
- Experience in an IP environment, preferably in a trade mark practice.
- Good working knowledge of EUIPO, UKIPO & WIPO web sites and forms
- Strong organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take the initiative and forward plan
- Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
- Able to manage competing demands and work well under pressure
