**Business and Finance Administrator **working in the Waveney Home First team in **Lowestoft**.
- Do you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and recent experience of working within a busy team?

**Your role and responsibilities**
- undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties, provide an efficient and customer focused first point of contact and use specific IT systems and databases
- working in a modern office environment alongside an experienced team
- supported by colleagues and receive regular supervision / appraisal.

You will be responsible for maintaining office records including electronic systems and specifically a county spreadsheet. You will provide a range of information, research and reports in support of your service area and draft and send routine correspondence.

**You will need**:

- good verbal and written communication skills
- good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- know how to maintain accurate records.

**The team**
- Home First provides a short term reablement and assessment service to people living in their own homes.
