Prepare and issue Finance Agreements

  • Prepare and issue Arrears Reports and issue Default Letters, etc, as required
  • Prepare Policy Schedules and associated documentation
  • Complete control logs and upload data to relevant reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Bookkeeper as required
  • Assist other members of staff within the organisation as required

The applicant would need:

  • Excellent telephone manner with a great deal of experience of working with customers
  • Extensive knowledge of excel worksheets and able to create these as and when required
  • To be available to cover holiday periods as required (advance notice would be given)

Administrative Duties:

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 14-16 per week

Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Administration: 5 years (required)
